Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to normal orders over R500 to main centres in South Africa only. Main centres : Cape Town, Somerset West, Paarl, Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Port Shepstone, Durban, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg, Harrismith, Bloemfontein, Randfontein, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Vaal, Johannnesburg, Pretoria, Rustenburg, Witbank, Nelspruit, Polokwane.
Free shipping does not apply to Church bundles and Distributors bundles.
Confirmation of order
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email from Africa Publishing Company confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Confirmation of shipping
All orders placed before 09:00 on Mondays through Thursdays will be shipped within 24 hours after having received them, provided the items are in stock. You will receive a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
Weekend orders
Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays. Should you place an order over a weekend, within two business days you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped. Should this not be the case, please contact us at onlinesales@africacopublishing.com or 021 852 7656.
Items not in stock
If the items you ordered are not in stock, you will be notified of this within one business day. You will be given the opportunity to either cancel the order or put it on back order.
Delivery methods

Couriers – Fastway & FedEx
Africa Publishing Company makes use of Fastway and FedEx for deliveries to your door. Please provide a physical address for delivery of parcels (not a PO Box address). Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
International shipments - FedEx and DHL
